For Those Considering a JLL Class
こだま1クラスの履修には事前学習のお勧め、こだま2とみずほクラスの履修には以下の条件があります。
For enrollment in the Kodama 1 class, prior study is recommended. Enrollment in the Kodama 2 and Mizuho classes is subject to requirements below.
Hayate (5 years old as of August 31 ~ 1st Grade)
No prior knowledge of Japanese is required.
This is a class in which students are introduced to hiragana, and aiming to spark interests in Japan and the Japanese language.
Kodama 1 (2nd grade through Upper Elementary School Grades)
No prior knowledge of Japanese is required; however, basic knowledge is recommended.

Kodama 2 (3rd through 6th grades)
Basic knowledge of Basic Japanese is required.
Mizuho (5th through 8th grades)
Basic knowledge of hiragana, katakana, and 1st grade-level kanji are required.
This a class for students who can already read and write hiragana, katakana and 1st grade kanji (Level 10), comprehend and compose basic Japanese sentences and conduct basic conversation in Japanese. Placement Test will be conducted prior to enrollment.
