悪天候による学校閉鎖のお知らせ・確認手順
Inclement Weather Protocols

• ロッキーズ日本語アカデミーの所在地であるFederal Heights市の天候状況にて学校閉鎖または通常授業の判断をいたします。

• 学校閉鎖となる場合は、土曜日の朝7時までに当ウェブサイトにて通知されます。

• 始業時、または入学時にサインしていただいたコントラクトにある通り、悪天候の場合の学校閉鎖において、授業料は返還されませんので、ご承知おきください。

• 通常授業の場合でも、道路状況を鑑みて登校するか欠席するかは、保護者の皆様の判断となりますこと、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

• The decision for school closure due to inclement weather is based on the conditions in the Federal Heights area, where JAR is located.

• School closure will be announced by 7 AM on Saturday on this school website.

• JAR will not refund any portion of the tuition in the case of school closure as stated in the enrollment contract.

• Parents are advised to make their own decisions regarding their student's attendance at school in case of precarious weather conditions.

体調不良について
Health Concerns

授業中、以下の症状が見られた場合は、登録されている電話番号へご連絡させていただき、お迎えに来ていただくことになります。

• 100.1度以上の発熱

• 伝染性の疑いのある発疹

• 目の充血

• 下痢や嘔吐

• シラミ

• 体調不良により授業参加が難しいと 生徒本人が申告した場合、または、その判断を担任がした場合

If a student exhibits any of the following symptoms, among others, JAR will contact the parent for immediate pickup.

• Fever above 100.1°F

• Suspicious rashes

• Pink eye

• Diarrhea or vomiting

• Head lice

• Feeling too unwell to participate in class
